OUR PROCESS

We will then progress through the stages of schematic design, design development, creating construction documents that will be used for permitting, bidding and construction. During the construction phase, we will work with the contractor to observe that the project is being built according to the design and specifications.

We will provide a proposal indicating your project’s specific objectives, our scope of work, the various stages required to complete the construction documents, and our involvement during the construction process.
